The Homestead
The homestead was built in 1853 as a winery and cottage and has had a recent addition of a beautiful wing that includes a further two bedrooms both with built in robes, new main bathroom suite with floor to ceiling marble tiles, free-standing spa bath and marble vanity; plus, a breezeway between the original homestead and the addition.

The original homestead features a country style kitchen with double oven & 8 burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, fabulous cupboard space and island, the dining area adjoins with fabulous views over the valley. The formal living is spacious with ornate ceilings and full of character, this leads to the master suite that has its own sitting room/library and en-suite bathroom; marble tiles, shower and vanity. The Vineyard
Look over your own 9 Ha vineyard. Dry grown and a premium quality, tested in the “Public” market. Fruit has been sold to Reilly’s for the past 20 years and full of flavour, having been blended into Reilly’s award-winning wines.
The vines are aged and have been re-worked in the past four years. There is 9 Ha – 4 Ha Riesling and 5 Ha Shiraz.

Irrigation is in place but needs to work considering recent dry grown practices.

The Shedding
