To be known as The Circuit, the residential allotments are being offered on land between Grand Boulevard, Watts Terrace and Creswell Avenue.

The initial release will include 13 allotments ranging in size from 375 sqm to 1,005 sqm.

A feature of The Circuit will be six allotments requiring a two-storey terrace-style home with frontage to Watts Terrace and rear garage access from William Scott Circuit.

Adelaide Development Company’s Project Manager, Tom Simpson, says it’s anticipated there will be strong interest in these allotments.
